The
Modi government suggests that intervention in the form
of MSP will continue, but it was not incorporated in
the Agricultural bills rushed through the parliament
by this government. Moreover, if the mandis lose primacy,
as the legislation visualizes, then the MSP-regime becomes
infructuous.
