The
Modi government's move to provide reservation for
'economically weaker sections' is a naked attempt
to fortify its electoral prospects by creating an
upper caste consolidation. This measure is largely
for propaganda purposes and has little benefits to
offer to anyone given the Modi government's poor record
even on public employment.
