The
Foundation for Agrarian Studies is a charitable Trust that
sponsors and funds multi-disciplinary theoretical and
empirical research on agrarian studies in less-developed
countries. The Foundation invites applications for
financial assistance under the following categories from
Indian research scholars working in the field of agrarian
studies, to work in India.

scholars beginning Ph.D research. Fellowships are
available for one year in the first instance, but
extendable depending on performance, for Ph.D scholars.

proposal, a curriculum vitae and a reference letter (from
the Supervisor if the candidate is already registered for
a Ph.D). If not already registered, applicants must state
the proposed University and Guide.
